What are your business hours?
Lunch: Monday-Friday: 11:35am-3pm Saturday: dinner only Sunday: Closed Dinner: Monday-Friday: 4-10pm Saturday: 3-10pm dining room, till 10:50pm take out. Sunday: Closed

Is your dining room open?
Yes, open but short staffed, staff try their best but there will be a wait. Face coverings are optional if you are COVID- vaccinated. Stand by the front desk to be seated. Call ahead for 5 or more people. Gratuity of 18%-20% is expected to maintain service.
Do you take reservations?
Please call in advance if your group has 5 or more.
Is it wheel-chair accessible?
Yes, tables are available for easy accessibility.
Do you have take out?
Yes, generally 35 min - 1 hr depending on the complexity of the order, day of the week, time the order is placed. Food is made fresh to order in the order received. Expect longer wait times on holidays and weekends. We will text when order ready for pick up. After you receive the text come inside and notify someone you are there for pickup. Will need the order name/phone number.
What payment options do you accept?
Cash, visa, discover, and mastercard preferred. A minimum purchase of $6 is needed to use a credit card otherwise if less than $6 only cash will be accepted.

Do you have delivery?
Yes, download the UberEats app or go to ubereats.com (or postmates.com). Register an account. Enter your address. Search for Thai Spice and order/pay online through the app. Whole menu may not be available for delivery. Staff break 3-4pm.
Which holidays will you be open/closed?
Refer to our Contactpage for our yearly closings. Unless posted, we are open normal business hours.
What should I order?
First time customer? Check out our Lunch and Dinner menu in advance before you come in. Refer to our Staff Picks page.
Yes, most dishes can be made to accommodate your tastes. Our spiciness ranges from 0 to 5 (not spicy, mild, medium, hot, extra hot, thai hot). Note some dishes are naturally spicy and can be made milder to a limited extent based on the seasoning.
Do you serve alcohol?
We have wine and beer available. Refer to our Beer and Wine List page for options.
Do you have bubble tea/smoothies?
Yes, keep in mind purchases less than $6 are cash payment only. Yes we have to go cups available. Refer to our Bubble Drink Flavors
Do you have catering?
Yes, please call our number (440) 835-9228 and ask to speak to someone about making a catering order.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes, we have gift certificates available for purchase at the front desk. Must pick up in person.
Can I substitute for fried rice?
The short answer is no. We do not have small sides of fried rice only entrees as everything is made to order. If you wish we can cook a lunch-size plain fried rice (no protein) to substitute for $4.95. Requires ordering a main entree.
